Hello luscious Pancakes and… ONLY 5 Ingredients + a dash of Oil πŸ˜‰


3 tbsp Oats (gluten free if preferred)

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

10 tbsp Milk/Mylk

1 Banana

Β½ tsp Cinnamon

Coconut Oil


  • Combine the first 5 ingredients in a blender & blitz until you have a smooth consistency
  • In a small frying pan, heat a little Oil (ΒΌ tsp) on a medium/low heat and add 2 tbsp of mixture. Let it cook for 90 seconds before flipping and leaving for another 90 seconds, then remove
  • Repeat adding more Oil and mixture until you have used it all up
  • Serve with Yogurt / Fruit / Nut Butters / Sprinklers / Seeds / Chia PuddingΒ . . .

Makes: 10 Pancakes
