Ode to our fave Summer Berry and it’s partner in crime …
100g Frozen Banana (roughly 2)
100g Frozen Strawberries (any frozen Berry of your choice)
A dash of Cinnamon or ground Ginger
100g Yoghurt (unlfavoured, un’tampered with, Greek/Coconut/Full Fat)
- Liquidise all 3 ingredients (ensure everything is well mixed) and serve, immediately 😉
- Serve with more fruit (frozen or fresh), add some homemade Granola or Roasted Coconut Flakes for decoration & play with quantities, you can use plain Banana / Strawberry / Raspberry etc.
