We’re big fans of Chia Seeds – they are super versatile & a great staple for Brekkie / Pudding – not to mention the health benefits of these magical little Super Seeds!



50g Chia Seeds

2000ml Almond / Cashew / Oat Mylk

200ml Cold Water

¼tsb Vanilla Powder / Cinnamon / Dried Ginger

(depending on what you have in your store cupboard!)


  • Place Chia in large bowl before adding all the liquid
  • Stir well, add dry ingredients & stir thoroughly again
  • Stir every few minutes for the first 10 minutes of soaking to ensure no lumps form & then again after an hour / when you remember!
  • Voila – keep in the fridge and serve with Coconut Yoghurt / Granola / Berries / Bee Pollen / Cacao Nibs / any toppings you like!
