2tbsp Coconut Cream

62g Peanuts

62g Oats

½ Banana


4tbsp Peanut Butter (with NO added Oils or Sugars!)

4tbsp Peanuts

2tbsp Coconut Cream


80g melted Madecasse / Pacari 100% Chocolate – we’ll let you get away with a 99% bar if you insist


  • Line a 20cm x 20cm tray with some baking parchment or tin foil
  • Melt your packet of Coconut Cream in a little hot water, meanwhile weigh out the Peanuts & Oats
  • Mash the Banana (pop the other half in the freezer for Banana Ice Cream or to whisk in to your Porridge the next morning) & add to Oat base with 2tbsp melted Coconut Cream
  • Put this in the lined tray and use the back of a spoon to make a dense base and pop in fridge
  • Then combine the middle tier ingredients & spread out evenly on the Oat base
  • Over a pan of simmering water crack the Chocolate in a glass / mixing bowl & stir until melted
  • Pour over the Peanut Layer and allow to set and cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours
