Ingredients:

1 Lamb Shank

400ml Water

400ml Wine

4 Garlic Cloves

1 Onion

4 Springs Rosemary

Pink Himalayan Salt & Pepper

Instructions:

  • Turn your slow cooker on / whack the oven up to 120°C
  • Combine all your ingredients in a ovenproof dish
  • Leave to cook! Yes it is literally THAT simple – and one of the cheapest cuts of Lamb you can get from your Butcher
