Ingredients:
100g Frozen Acai Puree / 4tbsp Acai Powder
50ml Almond Milk
1 Frozen Banana
50g Frozen Blueberries
75g Spinach
½ inch Ginger, sliced
1tbsp Spirulina / Matcha Powder (optional)
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients into your blender and blitz. This may take a few mins – you are looking for a thick creamy texture
- Pour into a bowl and top with anything you fancy, we love; Kiwi Fruit, a Blackberry or two, Nut Free Sprinkles and Coconut Chips
- *Acai is a fruit so keep the additional fruit to a minimum so as not to OD on completely naturally occurring Fructose – recap the memory here in case you have temporarily forgotten why whole fruit is 100% OK to consume!
