An oatcake, with no added sugar, so easy, so yum;


25g Coconut Oil

140g Oats (gluten free is preferred)

Dash of Salt

125ml Water


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Gently melt the Coconut Oil in a pan before adding the Oats, Water & Salt until you form a thick paste
  • Roll out the mixture into a cylinder shape, slice into 2cm thick pieces (or your desired thickness, we like them chunky). Gently use your fingers to flatten them out into rounds. To keep them oober neat, use a biscuit cutter to finish them off 😉
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the Oatcakes out
  • Bake for 45 minutes
