Making Superfoods taste delicious;



1 Can Coconut Milk (400g)

1 Inch Ginger, sliced

1 Inch Turmeric root, sliced

1tsp Cinnamon

Ground Pepper

1tsp Coconut Oil

8 Ice Cubes

1 Banana


  • Add ½ the Coconut Milk to a pan, along with the Ginger, Turmeric, Cinnamon, a dash of Pepper & Coconut Oil. Bring to a gentle simmer & keep on the heat until the Turmeric root infuses the milk (c. 5 minutes)
  • Take the pan off the heat and add the remaining Coconut Milk, the ice cubes and Banana
  • Using a stick blender blitz the contents until super smooth(ie)

Serves: 2 large glasses / 4 small glasses
