Ingredients:

50g Raspberries

50g Coconut Yogurt

100g Almond Milk

40g Chia seeds

Instructions:

  • Blend together the Raspberries, Yogurt and Milk before stirring in the Chia Seeds with a spoon
  • Stir every minute for three minutes to ensure it’s smooth
  • Set the mixture into glasses and put in the fridge over night to set
