A super simple yet delectable brunch staple, #YesPlease

Ingredients: 

1 Ripe Avocado

2 Eggs

Dash of;

Chilli

Cumin

Paprika

Pink Himalayan Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

  • Half the avocado, take out a scoop of flesh (chef’s perk) & pour an egg into each half
  • Sprinkle a dash of Chilli/Cumin/Paprika and S&P
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes (depending on how runny you like your Yolk)
