Everybody loves a wedge – these are no exception…


3 Sweet Potatoes

1tbsp melted Coconut Oil

2tsp Paprika

Pink Himalayan Salt & Pepper


  • Heat the oven to 180°C
  • Slice up the Sweet Pots – as per picture above – we like large chunks
  • Combine in your roasting tray with the Oil, Salt, Pepper and Paprika so the wedges are well coated on all sides
  • Roast for 30 minutes
  • Take them out, shake them all about, pop back in for another 20 minutes

Serves: 4 / 6, depending on hunger
