Correct – an ACTUAL Jam with NO sugar – and just two ingredients…



400g Raspberries

4tbsp Chia Seeds

  • Whizz the Raspberries in a blender until they are smooth.
  • Fold in the Chia Seeds.
  • Allow the Seeds to work their magic in the fridge for at least two hours – stirring as much as possible in the first five minutes to prevent a clumpy jam.
  • Simples!
