4tbsp Chia Seeds
- Whizz the Raspberries in a blender until they are smooth.
- Fold in the Chia Seeds.
- Allow the Seeds to work their magic in the fridge for at least two hours – stirring as much as possible in the first five minutes to prevent a clumpy jam.
