1 Ripe Banana

100g Jumbo Oats (gluten free if preferred)

2tbsp Almond / Hazelnut or Cashew Butter

40g Raw Cacao Butter

1tbsp Rice Malt Syrup

Zest of 1 Orange


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • In a bowl, mash the Banana before adding the remaining ingredients until well mixed
  • Line a tray with baking parchment and bake for 30 minutes

Makes: 16 squares
